Training Workshop Content

  • Expand your skill set : Get tools and training for better networking, organizing, and leading intro workshops.
  • Facilitate Group Meditations: Learn to lead a Guided Sanjeevani kriya
  • Get Certified: Become qualified to teach breathing exercises of Sanjeevani Kriya
  • Get Certified: Become AYS Foundation’s Edu-Trainer to provide e-learning free tuitions to the students.
